All about Olivia: Little O

It's been too long, hasn't it?! It's about time for an update, isn't it?! Well, here's the Olivia scoop...

Let's start with physique... She's about average for her height, and slim of build. Her hair is still minimal, but there is a little more there each day, and I do mean a little. She is very clearly blonde, so we can't wait for those long locks to come in!
She has become quite the little talker. She tries to say most anything you ask her to. She speaks mostly in one to two words, and occasionally throws in a surprise three word sentence. Words she uses are paci (pacifier), Mama, Daddy, Olivia, Jenna, Robby, juice, hungry, more (usually with her finger held up to indicate "one more time"), Jesus, come, no, oh and most importantly - ME! There are many, many others, but when I sit down to write things escape me. Like I said, she will repeat just about anything.
She is great at puzzles! Today we dumped out the pieces to 3 peg puzzles in one pile, and she put them all together all by herself! She was quite proud (as were we)!
She is very helpful and observant. Sometimes, I will ask one of the other kids to get me something, and O will be the one to show up beside me with it. She likes to help clean! I'm hoping this trait sticks around and I could use a mommy's helper in keeping the house clean.
She is Jenna's best friend! They do almost everything together. Jenna is very sad when Olivia takes her nap in the afternoon because she doesn't have anyone to play with - Mom doesn't count! Olivia likes to do what Jenna does - which sometimes scares her mother when we are at the park and she tries to climb things she is too small for. She can be fearless.
She loves going to the library. We read a lot at home, and she loves to look at books both with Mom and by herself. Lately, she has been very interested in the letters of the alphabet. I know she knows M and O.
Olivia loves to say prayers. At prayer times, we will often ask, "Who wants to say the prayer?" and Olivia will almost always pipe up with a high pitched little, "ME!" We will then help her pray by saying one word at a time.
Oh and the girl loves chocolate! She can even say chocolate! Her eyes light up when ever someone (usually Dad) gives her a piece of chocolate!
And lastly, she is a Daddy's girl! You should see how excited she gets when Daddy comes home! She will run full steam to the door, exclaiming "Daddy! Daddy! Daddy!" all the way just as soon as she hears the garage door close. Two nights ago we went for ice cream with Grandma while she was visiting. Dad had to drive his car because we didn't have enough room in our car for all of us. We got there first and waited inside for Robby to come. As soon as he walked in the door Olivia's face light up with a huge smile and she exclaimed very loudly, "My Daddy!" In fact, it was loud enough that some of the other customers turned to see her huge smile and laugh. (She loves Mom, too, but I definitely don't get that kind of greeting. Dad's just special that way.)
